Try a new way of getting the body (and mind!) that you love with this Peaceful Weight Loss course. Did you know that cortisol, the stress hormone, hinders our ability to lose weight? That's right- if you are constantly stressed, or if losing weight itself is stressing you out- you'll not be able to shift much! Try a holistic approach along with your other efforts so you can approach the journey with less stress, more compassion and more mindfulness. Aren't you sick of being so MEAN to yourself!? In this programme, a new video will be released to you each week, focusing on a new topic and approach. You will find a little bit of discussion, thought prompting and then a meditation (sometimes more than one) that will help you create new neural pathways in your attitude and mindset and resolve in losing weight. It is set to one a week to give you time to practise the meditation and new perspective in your daily routine, rathe than flying through it. Take your time and integrate the lessons from each video and implement the practises.
