Reiki Level 1

Reiki is a beautiful method of tapping into the Universal healing energy to help heal a wide range of issues and clear blockages in the physical and energetic body. It is a relaxing treatment for people of all ages and abilities

With Reiki level 1 you are attuned to Reiki energy which will enable you to channel this into yourself or family/friends.

On the day you will learn How to sense auras and energies How to carry out a Reiki treatment on yourself How to carry out a Reiki treatment on others To use Reiki in everyday life Cleansing and grounding techniques for your self-care About Chakras and how they indicate what's going on within our wellbeing

You will recieve: Reiki level 1 Attunement In-depth Reiki manual An intuitively chosen crystal Light refreshments, tea and coffee

The day of the attunement will include a personal clearing session, a group intention setting ceremony and a meditation to help us connect to and be in commune with our higher selves. You will be spoiled with nibbles, a gorgeous environment in the new studio and everything you need to begin your Reiki journey- in depth manual, Reiki infused crystal and a smudge tool to clear your energy before you conduct future Reiki sessions.

Anyone who has previously been attuned are more than welcome to attend this as a refresher- reduced price for refreshers £45. You don't need to have been attuned with myself before to attend refresher.

Stay on and get the hang of it!

Reiki Share Reiki practitioners are invited to give and then receive 30-45minutes of Reiki healing. This is ideal for building your confidence and experience and get some healing for yourself too. If you have been previously attuned and simply want to join the Share and not the Refresher, you are most welcome!! All levels welcome.
