Breathwork

Session Description

Previously Vibrational Shift Session! We will move through a potent breathwork session tailored to your current needs. This could be for goals, for releasing old patterns, for healing old traumas and hurts. You can choose Breathwork for the full hour or combine it with Rapeh or Reiki. Reiki is gentle and can be used to bring in the light and soothe the soul. Rapeh is a more somatic release experience and will be administered through the nose. This then brings you into a deep mental clarity where you can receive insights and guidance.
