Session Description
Feeling like you're just ticking along, doing the same thing every day? Do you have big goals but no idea how to get into the right mindset to achieve them? Do you want to enjoy your life more and maximise the good times? That's why you should take on 1-1 coaching! Working closely with me will help you overcome blockages, help you get your mindset and your energy in the right place to get to where you want to be. Using breathwork and holistic practises we will create a plan for you at the beginning of each month and use the techniques to train your brain, reset your nervous system and visualise your future goals and get you closer to them each week. The plan will include: -4 sessions 1-1 each month. These will include the appropriate holistic technique YOU need. -A pre-recorded meditation or breathwork track for you to use at home, focusing on your goals -One personal planning session each month
