Reiki Level 1 Attunement

Session Description

50/50 option Theory will be done and taught ONLINE: 1-2 hours. Evening options are possible. Attunement, clearing and practise will be done IN PERSON: 2 hours max. Usually done weekdays. This is a handy option if you struggle to get childcare or time off to come up to me. Times can be arranged to suit us both- perfect if you need some flexibility! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Reiki is a beautiful method of tapping into the Universal healing energy to help heal a wide range of issues and clear blockages in the physical and energetic body. It is a relaxing treatment for people of all ages and abilities With Reiki level 1 you are attuned to Reiki energy which will enable you to channel this into yourself or family/friends. On the day you will learn: -How to sense auras and energies -How to carry out a Reiki treatment on yourself -How to carry out a Reiki treatment on others -To use Reiki in everyday life -Cleansing and grounding techniques for your self-care -About Chakras and how they indicate what's going on within our wellbeing Anyone who has previously been attuned are more than welcome to attend this as a refresher- reduced price for refreshers £45. You don't need to have been attuned with myself before to attend refresher.
