About the event

Join me from 1st–5th July and transform how you breathe, move, and thrive!! Unlock the full potential of your breath with a carefully designed 5-day online programme led by a seasoned breathwork expert. After completing this programme you’ll have built a strong, resilient practice grounded in science while being spiritually expansive for you.


Day 1 7pm: You'll learn foundational breath measurement and awareness and get a good idea of your current fitness

Day 2 7pm: You'll be guided through anaerobic and reduced breathing exercises

Day 3 7pm : You will learn rhythmic breathing techniques for coherence

Day 4 10am: Introduces a transformative morning gratitude meditation paired with breathwork to enhance mental clarity and emotional balance

Day 5 10am: Integrates all lessons into a complete, energising daily routine that takes just 30 minutes to complete, designed for lasting impact.
