The Reiki Initiation Path

Entering 2026, the Reiki Initiation Path continues to evolve after a full year of running this slower, more intentional style of training and the results have been incredible. The depth of transformation, the confidence of new practitioners, and the heartfelt feedback from graduates have affirmed that this approach truly honours the spirit of Reiki.

Over the past year, I’ve seen how deeply students benefit from having time, support, and community as they step into their role as healers. The Initiation Path has become a space where people not only receive attunements, but integrate them, live them, and embody them.

This is a modern return to the heart of Usui’s original teachings. Traditionally, students would study with their teacher for an entire year before completing Level 1. Today, most trainings are condensed into 1–2 days, which can leave practitioners feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or disconnected from the true essence of the practice.

My approach bridges the ancient and the modern: a blend of in-person and online learning, spacious integration time, guided practice, community support, and continued access to resources making the training accessible without losing depth, care, or integrity. My goal is for every student to feel confident, grounded, empowered, and fully prepared to bring Reiki into their life and the world around them.

The 2026 Initiation Path containers will run four times throughout the year, each aligned with its own energetic season. Every container follows the same journey and structure, allowing you to join at the time that feels right for you.

Each 4–6 week container moves through three essential stages:

Attunements and Energy Alignment
Practice Days and Online Theory
Empowerment Day and Initiation Completion Ceremony

This path is for those who want more than a certificate. It’s for those who want to walk the path of Reiki with integrity, support, and genuine transformation.

Imbolc Initiation

Kicking off the year, we harness the energy of renewal and awakening as we align our training with Imbolc. Beltane Initiation

As the earth blossoms, so too does your journey with Reiki, awakening your ability to channel energy with confidence and purpose

Mabon Initiation

Aligned with the energy of the Autumn Equinox, this Reiki Initiation becomes a ceremony of embodiment and wisdom, a chance to acknowledge how far you've come, to receive the energetic tools you need, and to step into the healer you are becoming with rootedness and clarity. As nature prepares to rest, so too are you invited to deepen your inner practice, honour your cycles, and begin a new chapter of spiritual service.

Yule Initiation

As the sun is reborn, so too is your connection to Source, ready to grow and guide you through the months ahead. Yule reminds us that even in the darkness, the spark remains and from that spark, miracles unfold. Step into the New Year with this new attunement, ready to bring your growing light to the world!

Schedule:

Please note the following before bookingIf you are repeating a level, you can choose to drop in to any theory sessions of previous levels to refresh your memory or experience another approach to the teachings.
Recordings for all Online Theory Sessions will be made available to you if you can't attend them, although it is heavily encouraged you make the time to join live as you will get much more from it in a group in real time with me.
If you are unable to make the in-person practise days, I can arrange to have someone for you to practise with on a date that suits you better.
There are some days that are compulsory in the Initiation Path. Please make arrangements well in advance to ensure your attendance.
You will be required to complete 3 Case Studies prior to the Empowerment Day and Completion Ceremony

BUT HERE IS THE TYPICAL LAYOUT FOR THE SCHEDULE TO GIVE YOU AN IDEA OF THE PACE:

Saturday 1st February: Online Kick Off Event 10am-12pm

Friday 7th February: In-person attunements day, appointment based between 10am-5pm. (NOTE: Repeaters do not need re-attuned but can opt to do the process again if they wish.) Then later that day: Level 1 Theory online 6pm-8pm. Recording will be available

Thursday 13th February: Level 2 Theory Online 6pm-8pm. Recording will be available.

Friday 21st February: Business Setup Guidance Online 3pm-4pm and then Level 3 Theory 5pm-7pm

Monday 24th February: In-person practise in The Harmony Hub NI 1pm-3pm

Monday 3rd March: Case Studies Deadline

Thursday 6th March: Empowerment Day and Completion Ceremony 11am-3pm, Optional In-Person Practise 4pm-6pm

Communications will be continued throughout the Initiation Path via WhatsApp group where we will have daily check ins and assistance with learning and practise.
