The Reiki Initiation Path

The Reiki Initiation Path continues to evolve after a full year of running this slower, more intentional style of training, and the results have been incredible. The depth of transformation, the confidence of new practitioners, and the heartfelt feedback from graduates have affirmed that this approach truly honours the spirit of Reiki.

Over the past year, I've seen how deeply students benefit from having time, support, and community as they step into their role as healers. The Initiation Path has become a space where people don't just receive attunements, but integrate them, live them, and embody them.

This is a modern return to the heart of Usui's original teachings. Traditionally, students would study with their teacher for an entire year before completing Level 1. Today, most trainings are condensed into 1–2 days, which can leave practitioners feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or disconnected from the true essence of the practice.

My approach bridges the ancient and the modern: a blend of in-person and online learning, spacious integration time, guided practice, community support, and continued access to resources, making the training accessible without losing depth, care, or integrity. My goal is for every student to feel confident, grounded, empowered, and fully prepared to bring Reiki into their life and the world around them.

This round, the Initiation Path is woven together with The Ripple Leadership Programme, so you'll be training alongside a wider community of healers on their own path at the same time as you. It runs at a slower pace too, moving through Level 1 in November, taking a proper break over Christmas, then returning for Level 2 in the new year, giving you real time to sit with what you've learned before moving forward.

The journey still moves through three essential stages:

Empowerment Day and Initiation Completion Ceremony

This path is more than a certificate. It's months of real practice, community and time to let the teachings settle rather than rushing through them. Reiki works best when it has room to breathe and this path gives you that room, in step with the rhythm of the season rather than against it.

Whether you're completely new to energy healing or coming back to deepen what you already know, the Reiki Initiation Path is built to give you a real grounding, not just a certificate at the end of it.

THE SCHEDULE:

Please note the following before booking: If you are repeating a level, you can choose to drop in to any theory sessions of previous levels to refresh your memory or experience another approach to the teachings.
Recordings for all Online Theory Sessions will be made available to you if you can't attend them, although it is heavily encouraged you make the time to join live as you will get much more from it in a group in real time with me.
If you are unable to make the in-person practise days, I can arrange to have someone for you to practise with on a date that suits you better.
There are some days that are compulsory in the Initiation Path. Please make arrangements well in advance to ensure your attendance.

This round of the Reiki Initiation Path is running alongside The Ripple Leadership Programme, so you'll be learning alongside Ripple students too. Level 1 starts 14th November, then we break for Christmas and come back for Level 2 at the end of January. It's a bit more paced out than some of my previous rounds, giving you space to actually sit with each level rather than rushing through.

You'll get access to the manuals from previous levels before we start, so you can get a feel for how I teach and what's ahead.
