Breathe & Belong is a two-hour workshop that takes you through gentle movement, an energising brain-balancing sequence, and an immersive SOMA Breathwork journey, finishing with a sharing circle and time to connect with the people around you.

No experience needed. No performance required. Just you, showing up.
