Join Julie as she guides you on an intense journey within to ignite your spark!

Breath of Fire technique will be combined with  breath holds and hypnotic rythmical breathing to elevate your consciousness and allow your energy to ignite! With all breathwork sessions, I encourage you come with an intention, something you want to bring energy and passion to in your life. We will utilise this breathwork session to help that intention come to life as you step in to the energetic state thats required to bring it to fruition. 

Please inform me if you have any health conditions around the brain, heart or lungs. Pregnant women should not take part, nor those who have had recent abdominal surgery.
