About the event

Guided meditation to promote relaxation and inner peace. So often we neglect to take care of our inner world of thoughts, emotions and responses that we run iurselves into the ground with stress and overwhelm. Meditation helps you calm that crazy monkey mind so you can handle all that life throws your way. 

Reduce anxiety, stress, depression symptoms, insomnia and much more. Strengthen your ability to slow down knee-jerk, conditioned reactions to negative things in life, giving you space to think about how you'd like to respond and choosing the life you'd like!

Each week is something a little different. We usually go through 2-3 meditations, with guidance on posture and techniques as you go.

Can't make it? Become a member of Unwind Your Mind, the online membership that helps you become a better meditator! Weekly live classes, available on replay. 

Suitable for all abilities, open for men, women and teens

Please bring water, a yoga mat and blanket.
