Hold The Light: A Global Meditation for Peace

I don't need to tell you how much heaviness there is in the world right now. What I do want to remind you of is that each and every one of us has a responsibility to show up in the world with our best, most loving selves, especially in times such as these. Not to bypass, not to ignore but to HOLD THE LIGHT that this place so desperately needs!!

You might be a campaigner already. Come hold the light.

You might be a soldier on the ground, come hold the light.

You might be a scared citizen, come hold the light.

You might be angry at the world and its perpetrators,come hold the light.

We can be angry. We can be activated. We can take action. AND we can hold the light.
