Sound Bath With Aideen

Meet Aideen, an experienced yoga and meditation teacher, and sound bath facilitator. She is also a reiki practitioner, crystal lover and general well-being junkie, who believes spiritual wellness to be as important as mental and physical!

Having originally went to Art College, many full moons ago, she went on to have a wonderful 17 year career in travel. It was on her world travels she became deeply interested in wellness, and curious about the physical and spiritual rituals and practices of other cultures.

She did her first Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh India, after many visits and Ashram stays there, and a few years later trained in Integral Sound Healing with the Sound Healing Academy in Dublin.

She currently works for a humanitarian organisation and teaches and facilitates yoga classes and sound workshops across Northern Ireland where she is based.

Being able to help others relax deeply and connect back to their own inner wisdom is at the heart of what she does. Her wish is to help heal our world spreading love and light and awareness, one person at a time.
