Hi I'm Annie!

I'm teaching yoga that is mainly based on hatha yoga but infused with kundalini and ashtanga in the theme of the class. It can be enjoyed by those who brand new to yoga or already practicing it! A lighthearted and fun way to to practice; keeping it simple focusing mainly on practicing breathing exercises, yoga moves and relaxation technique and meditations. I love sharing yoga with a fun, holistic approach and can't wait to meet you all!
