Session Description
Men’s Upper Body Reset (2 hrs 15 mins) Massage • Breathwork • Reiki This deeply restorative session is designed specifically for men who are carrying stress physically and mentally — especially through the shoulders, back, chest and breath. We begin with a 45-minute upper body stress relief massage, focusing on the areas that hold the most tension. Using slow, effective techniques, this helps release tight muscles, ease discomfort and calm the nervous system. Next, you’ll be guided through 45 minutes of breathwork, supporting stress release, mental clarity and deeper, more relaxed breathing. This part of the session helps quiet the mind and brings the body out of “fight or flight”. We finish with 45 minutes of Reiki energy healing, allowing the body to fully settle and integrate. This gentle but powerful practice supports balance, relaxation and a sense of grounded calm. This session is ideal if you: • Carry stress in your shoulders, neck or upper back • Feel constantly “on” or mentally overloaded • Struggle to relax or switch off • Want practical, effective stress relief — without fluff You’ll leave feeling looser, clearer and more settled, with a noticeable sense of release through both body and mind.

I will keep my therapist updated on my health should there be any changes to the answers given. I understand that this treatment is not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis or treatment. Whilst I recognise that all due care will be taken by the therapist. I am aware that my participation in the treatment is voluntary. No refunds, rescheduling only accepted with 24hours notice. Rescheduled appointment must occur within 1 week of the original booking. Any cancellations or no-shows within 24 hrs will be charged a 50% fee.
