Session Description

Enjoy a full rebalance of your energy system. My regular clients call this their 'energetic maintenance'! Recommended once a month to help you clear attachments and cords to negative people and places, to help keep your Chakras functioning well and to take care of your overall wellbeing. These sessions are composed of Chakra Balancing, Crystal Gridding and Reiki. The Chakra Balancing will highlight what areas in your life are throwing your Chakras off balance and you will be given guidance on how best to navigate them going forward. Crystal grids will be placed on and around the appropriate areas of the body and left for the duration of the session to have time to align their vibration to yours for optimal healing. Reiki is a gentle and soothing energy channelled into the body for physical, emotion, mental and spiritual healing. A very relaxing treatment to spoil yourself or a loved one with!
