This is for you if: -You feel tight, stiff, or achy from daily life or desk work -You want full-body relaxation with pressure tailored to your needs -You struggle to fully switch off and want to feel calmer in your body -You’re new to massage or want something steady and effective UPPER BODY ONLY OPTION: The one-hour upper body Swedish massage concentrates on the areas most affected by stress, posture, and repetitive movement. Using adjustable pressure, the session focuses on the back, neck, shoulders, and arms to reduce muscular tightness and restore ease of movement. It’s a practical, effective choice if you want targeted relief without a full-body treatment, ideal for busy schedules or tension that’s very clearly located.

I will keep my therapist updated on my health should there be any changes to the answers given. I understand that this treatment is not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis or treatment. Whilst I recognise that all due care will be taken by the therapist. I am aware that my participation in the treatment is voluntary. No refunds, rescheduling only accepted with 24hours notice. Rescheduled appointment must occur within 1 week of the original booking. Any cancellations or no-shows within 24 hrs will be charged a 50% fee.
